We continue to monitor the ongoing service disruption affecting the AWS me-central-1 region.
To ensure service continuity and minimize impact, we have successfully migrated customer traffic to an alternative AWS region. All core functionalities are currently operating normally in this environment, including both read and write operations.

Over the past 24 hours, AWS has reported an ongoing service disruption in the me-central-1 region. While our monitoring initially showed no impact to our systems, we began observing application issues at approximately 07:42 GMT.
At this time, we are experiencing problems with write operations to the database, which may affect actions such as creating or updating data. Read-only functionality remains available, and users may still be able to view existing information without issue.
Further updates will be shared as we learn more.
